Hello FB friends and happy Sunday!

We are finally through the heatwave and heading into moderate temperatures and it is such a relief. Like the meme, I want to take my love of nature outdoors and discover magic. CK, the tortoise made me think of you and your wonderful desert tortoise friends.

How’s your weekend going? Try something new and interesting, do the same old things as usual or, are you just scraping by?

We had a nice morning out and about yesterday before hunkering down inside. This morning I’ll head out to kooky yoga then will likely spend as much time as possible outside, poking around the garden. We’ll head out to see friends again this evening.

This week, with the cooler weather, I’m looking forward to being able to cook again and trying recipes from https://themodernproper.com/, a recipes website that looks like it’s got lots of great recipes. I like that you can filter by dietary needs. I think I’ll finally get around to starting a gf sourdough starter too.
