I just got back from taking out the trash to the bin containers and even though it's only a short 500m walk I was sweating more than while doing my workout! The heat is on already!
Speaking of workouts, how's that looking on your end? For me it's a High-LowChallengeComplete and I'm not mad about that. I'm not saying it's a bad challenge, just not enough weight lifting for me but that's personal preference no?
The original workout scheduled was a 54 min LB whopper with Tasha which I did before so I swapped it for a 47 min whopper with Patrice. And Cuddly Canoodles what a doozy it was! I was able to lift super heavy - 40lbs for the last round of circuit 1 and total of circuit 2 - but had to go down in reps at the end of C2. The glute finisher was a real killer!
It didn't kill my appetite however so I'll be diving into my breakfast in a minute but alas it doesn't give me ideas for dinner. I'll hopefully get to make one of those salads I mentioned yesterday as of course we ate something totally different yesterday.
