Daily Check-in ANG: Thursday, Aug 14th

Morning ladies,

Greetings again from Sweatland, it's the penultimate day of my hosting for this week again already but before we dive into that let's take a look at our ghosting schedule.

As you can see plenty weekends are booked but there's always some more left open. So don't hold back to shout out your name and Coby or myself will put you on the list. Here's what we've got so far:

Allrighty, on to today's events. Workouts and dinner, how about those? Are you doing some movement today? Are you cooking? Having a rest day? Going out for dinner?

Workout for me: Day 11 of H-L, a short HIIT with Erica that I elongated by doing 3 rounds instead of 2. I could have added another short WO but I've seen what's coming for the last day of the challenge and wisely decided to just keep it with this one.

Dinner: I'm hoping to make a cold rice salad with bell peppers, corn, tomatoes and tuna or else with corn, pickle, tomatoes and ham cubes. Maybe some fresh bread with that?
