Good morning FB family! I just kicked off week 2 of the new 30 day challenge and I’m feeling great.
I think I’ve managed to bring back my morning workout habit! It’s becoming a part of my regular routine again, which can only be a good thing. This morning I even worked out pre coffee or snack which I almost never do. I just rolled out of bed and hit play. Big thanks to Tasha who helped make it fun (that cardio workout had me sweating bullets!) I made sure to eat a good breakfast as soon as I was done.
Shoutout to my Sister who is not only a huge part of keeping FB running smoothly, but also an excellent long distance workout buddy. We’re checking in with each other each day and it’s making it a lot more fun, and a lot easier to stick to. I love you Krista 🥹😘
