Daily Check-in ANG: Tuesday, Aug 12th

Hey ladies,

Okay, I've self diagnosed and found that I'm officially bonkers, idiotic and in dire need of some common sense. Who the heck works out when their workout room is hotter than the temp outside? Yep, me.. as said completely bonkers.

I just finished day 9 of H-L and I swapped the original LI HIIT ladders WO with Nicole for some LB strength with Patrice. The title said spicy and that it was even using only 20lbs weights. Thank Heavens it was bored easily!

I'd say all this working out has made me hungry but nope, it only makes me want to drink a lot. I'm losing more fluid than I can take in. Is that even a correct sentence?

Oh dear, my brain is fried! And I still have to use it to come up with something for dinner! At the moment no idea but it's definitely gotta be something cold, so throw some ideas my way please!
