Hiit, is it worth losing sleep over?

Hi,

I've been noticing lately that if I do HIIT, I have trouble sleeping or don't sleep much at all.

If I do steady state cardio or non HIIT strength training, I sleep really well.

Are the benefits of HIIT worth the bad night's sleep? For context, I'm 41 and am experiencing symptoms of perimenopause.
