Random question, feel free to skip. Are there foods you used to hate - or thought you hated - but now love? Maybe they just weren’t prepared in a way that you liked, or maybe your tastes changed? I thought I hated pecans, turns out I love them! Just not in baked goods. But in a salad? YES! Homemade pecan butter? Heck yes! Love love love! What about you?
