Daily Check-in ANG: Thursday, August 7th

Blendies! Do you know what happens when you’re 48 and help care for a baby, then babysit little kids for a few hours? You have an absolute blast, and you are tired and grateful that you are out of the little kid stage of life 🤣. It was SO much fun! I mean, a dance party with a 7 and 5 year-old? Racing laps around the yard with them? Bouncing a crying baby and inhaling his sweet scent? My heart is full, and I’m TIRED!

Not too tired to workout though. Day 4 of 30-30 is cardio and mobility with Kayla, and active recovery routine. What kind of activity will you be doing today? Or maybe you need a rest day because your muscles are sore, or you’re just a bit worn out? That’s okay too!

And what about dinner? Spaghetti for my guys, a zucchini pesto pasta for me, leftover from last night.
