It is finally cooler here! Saturday it was cool enough to go to the farmers market and walk. However it was raining so I only got a short walk in. Today it will be cool and dry so I can finally get a good walk in. It has been so long that I hope my legs remember how to walk.
With the cooler weather I am back in track with RB30 R5. I was about to abandon it but after doing some swapping I like the next few days on my calendar so I am good to carry on.
Now I am off to to do some abs or have some waffles.
