I hope you're all feeling as chipper as I am but I'm guessing a few of you are still looking all blurry eyed while sipping your coffee. I hope you'll at least be awake enough to take a look at our ghosting schedule for the coming weekends. Right, on to our usual topics, workouts and dinner..
I've thouroughly worked my total body today with a mini ball WO by Erica. Ladies, if you want to feel those inner thighs and core, this workout is right up your alley: squats, chops, lunges, lying and standing side crunches you name it, all while squeezing that ball.
For once I know what we'll probably be having for dinner, it'll be spare ribs or chicken with green beans or peas and carrots. Reading that again you could say I've got two dinners, so what I don't have today we can have tomorrow. I'm a genius!!!😆
This afternoon I'll be at Marie's, got a lot to talk about with me being away for a few days, but before that I'll hang my sheets outside to dry, do the daily chores and bake a cake to take with me.
Right, I've done more than enough rambling for today, up to you ladies now. Tell me all about your day and I'll be sure to drop a line in response.
