HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 29th
Good last Tuesday of July! Like Sharon said yesterday, how are we at the end of the month already?
So I gained weight during my vacation. It’s not surprising, as I seem to gain weight just by looking at a piece of cake. I’m working hard not to beat myself up about it. It’s not the end of the world, what’s done is done and weight will fluctuate anyway. A few steps backwards don’t matter as long as I move forward again.
My nutrition and hydration were on plan yesterday and I went for my daily walk. Now I need to add back regular workouts. Enough excuses, I will tackle the Bodyweight challenge workout that I’ve been avoiding during my vacation. I’m contemplating starting the new 4-week program on Sunday. It looks really interesting, but my goal is still to get through the 2-week challenges that were put out before 2025 by the end of this year, so I may wait until that’s done before starting 4-week programs again. Will any of you add the new program to your calendar?
