I started FB the end of February 2025. I have very very consistent, 5 days week. I work lower 3 days and upper 2. I have lost 29" and I can tell I'm building muscle by the improvements in my workouts. I'm one of those that will always struggle cardio wise, I always have. I want to loose about 30# more. I have damage from being fat but my question is if I keep doing the butt and thigh workouts will I continue to build muscle? I really want to see improvements in my legs. I know I'll never fix it all but want to know IF these kind of workouts really continue to build. I want to build in my upper body also to help fill in "some" of the looseness. Thanks for any info.
