New FREE Workout! No Repeat Quick Weight Ab and Core

Hey Team!

Today, we’re doing a quick 12-minute weighted ab and core workout that focuses on moving with control and getting some solid work in without taking over your whole day. We’re keeping things simple with dumbbells and a few movements that target strength, stability, and rotation.

This can fit into your routine in a few ways.  Make it your main workout on a lighter day, add it after another workout, or run through it twice if you have the time and energy. One round still gets the job done, but the option is there to keep going if you feel like it.

I like having workouts like this ready for those days when time is short or you want something straightforward. You’ll still challenge your core, get your body moving, and finish feeling like you’ve done something for yourself. It’s not about going all-out every time, it’s about showing up and finding a pace you can stick with.

Core strength pays off in more ways than we think. It’s not just for training days. It also helps with daily life. During this workout today, the team really focused on the muscle we were working on. During each exercise, brace and activate your core and try to control the weight to get the most out of the short session.
