New Workout! Total Body Tri Sets

Hey, all! 

Total Body Tri Sets

The total workout time is 20 minutes, getting you in and out fast as you leave feeling worked from head to toe! We complete 4 tri sets, the first 3 are total body focused with the fourth serving as a core finisher (3 bodyweight exercises to target your full core). This balanced workout will enhance your full body strength in an efficient way due to the tri set formatting. You'll just need your mat, a range of weights, and 30 total minutes of time (warm up and cool down included). 

Full details can be found in the write-up, especially taking a look at the exercises before starting so you have a rough idea on your weight selections. Although these are back-to-back sets, it's okay to take a few seconds to switch out weights where needed! Being prepared will make this workout feel smooth and super rewarding in a short amount of time 🔥 

If you're on the fence about doing a workout, sometimes choosing something short and jam-packed can be just what you are looking for. Nothing was overdone and I left feeling energized, thoroughly worked, and ready to tackle the rest of my day.
