Hello, Blenderz, and Happy Thursday! How is July nearly at an end? Summer is speeding right past us this year.

Yesterday we finally signed the contract at the restaurant and gave the advance for the wedding. We also found a flower person who kindly steered us in a direction more specific than just "Flowers, we'd like some". Apparently brides usually know exactly what types of flowers they want? How? I hadn't even heard of 90% of the flowers she talked about and had to keep googling for a reference. I was struggling not to feel like a failure of a woman, to be honest, since she was looking to me for ideas and I had none. It only occurred to me after that I should have asked you guys since you all know more about the topic than me.

The only thing i knew for sure was that i don't want white flowers, everyone does that and I'm bored. We'll be doing fall colors in the end and it'll look lovely, I think. This is all to say that today's meme is an accurate representation of us talking about flowers yesterday.
