A brief recap of yesterday’s tribulation:
-Major attitude
-I had to purse my lips very tightly because I didn’t want to say what I was *really* thinking
-Small victories: last night the twins stayed up late and, together, made a list of places they are going to go apply to in-person today! Also, the landscaping guy they worked for said they did a good job and had good attitudes while working. So even though they didn’t *want* to go, and gave *me* attitude, they had good attitudes at work!

Do you have a good attitude about your workout today? Or is it one of those “I don’t wanna” days? Or maybe it’s an “I just can’t” day, and you need a physical and mental break? Take what you need! I’ve got upper body work Patrice for day 4 of S&S. I’m really enjoying this challenge so far!
Okay, I *know* I don’t have a great attitude about cooking dinner. The need for everyone to eat is just so relentless, lol! But it’s spaghetti Thursday for my guys, and I’m having a spinach pasta salad. What are you eating today?
