New FREE Workout! Quick No-Repeat Upper Body Circuit

Hey team,

I know many of us are juggling busy days and don’t always have 45 minutes to spare for a full workout — but that doesn’t mean we can’t get in some solid strength work. That’s exactly what today’s workout is built for.

Quick No-Repeat Upper Body Strength

This one is short, focused, and upper-body only — just one round of 12 moves, no repeats. We’ll hit your chest, back, shoulders, and arms using dumbbells and bodyweight, with enough rest to stay sharp between exercises but not enough to lose momentum. It’s perfect if you’re tight on time, don’t feel like doing too much, or just need something efficient to keep the streak going.

The biggest thing I want you to focus on is control. This isn’t about rushing. You’re not doing each move twice, so make it count the first time. Slow the reps down and keep your core tight. One round is all it takes if you stay locked in from the start.

Also — if you’re someone who skips upper body days or thinks a short workout can’t be effective, I challenge you to hit play on this one. You’ll feel it by the end, which might change your mind.

This short workout will hit the upper body hard and fast. For me, it was shoulders by the end — no question. Hope you enjoy this one and that it fits in wherever you need it most this week.
