Hi there, Pals! How are you today? I would say I spend my days relaxing, but I’m actually trying to do everything I don’t have time for when I’m at work. So it’s wall-to-wall window cleaning, curtain washing/bedcover washing, dusting, cleaning, and descaling. Someone needs to do these things, and since I don’t earn enough to hire a cleaning lady, that someone is yours truly. It’s OK, though, because these things have been weighing on me, so it’s nice to have clean, nice-smelling curtains, bedcovers, etc.

I decided to work out only three times a week during my holidays, and since I have time now, I scheduled long and tough routines. My upper body is still sore from doing a workout routine with Kelli & Daniel (it was an oldie 😁), and today I did a long lower-body routine with Tasha. I don’t feel bad at all for not working out every day, which is how it should be.

Let’s move on to our fact-finder fragment. Did you know that ravens aren’t black but iridescent? Their feathers display a shimmering, multi-coloured effect due to the way light interacts with the structure of their feathers. This iridescence is caused by diffraction of light within the feather structure and is not solely due to pigmentation. Also, and this is not a nice fact, but did you know that the Salem witch trials had nothing to do with religion or witches; it was just the church and single and married men finding women who owned land legally, (widows, family inheritance) and taking their land from them by taking them out.
