Thank you Kelli (+ update)

Kelli,

Thank you for reminding us to listen to our bodies; that an “easy” workout is just fine; and that a break is not a negative.

I took a 3-month break, starting back up on the first of this month. It was hard to do (mentally), but I am thankful. I kept busy with life. 😅

My endurance has increased with that break, and my mindset has also gone in a positive direction. 😁

Surprisingly, it only took a few days to get back into level 4 & 5 workouts. 🤷‍♀️

Anyways, thank you again.

P.S. My latest appointment with the pulmonologist was a positive one. My lungs are doing well.
