How's you all doing today? Me, I'm still splendid, it's not too warm, I've some belgian food and I've got my girl with me.. what more can I wish for?

Okay, let's talk workouts, how's that looking for you? I've just finished Day 8 of Brian's S&P which was three 5 min AMRAP circuits and a finisher. I added some extra weighted core to get that six pack. BWAHAHAHA!
