Happy Thursday, everyone! I hope today finds you well, and ready to sweat. Hopefully it’s because you’ve got a workout planned and not just because it’s hot?

Okie dokie. Now, why are you sweating today? Some sort of exercise, hot weather, or both? If it’s exercise, what does that look like for you? I’ve got one more walk up this fabulous hill and through the surrounding neighborhood which has other, smaller hills.

And what’s for dinner, hmm? We are going out for Mexican food. We have been in San Diego, California, for the last few days, and this is our last day; my in-laws happen to be arriving in San Diego today for their own little trip, and are staying not too far from where we are. We are going to meet them for dinner.
