Hello Fitness Blender friends! I know that the sleep content here is fairly popular - so I’m back with another practice that is a sensory meditation for sleep. This practice will guide us through mindful awareness of our five senses in order to bring us to a more relaxed state and hopefully fall asleep quickly. This is a great practice for those of us who need a bit of a distraction when trying to fall asleep so that you don’t focus on the million things to do tomorrow or the things that were stressful about that day. Think of it as a two-in-one where you get to practice mindfulness and fall asleep fast.
