Where'd my motivation go?

Hi!

I recently ended a relationship and moved a few hours away - so I figure this is the perfect time to get back in shape. I gained 40lbs in 1 year! More than that, I gained a lot of bad habits. I used to eat 5 veggies a day...now maybe one. I could run, take on a quick HIIT workout no problem, strength training was fun, and could easily workout for over an hour...now 10m feels like too much. I'm an over-thinker and would love advice on how to get back in.

Do I start with level 2 workouts and then move up from there or challenge myself with a 4/5 level right away? A set time every day for 30m or a couple quick workouts throughout the day to just get going? I honestly have been eyeing the "post partum" workouts since I figure that's a way of starting somewhere!
