HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 7th 🩰💪

Hello Blendfriends! Quick check-in from me this morning. I wanted a quick workout today, so I did Erica's express barre arms. A favorite, which includes a bit of a workout for the wrists, always useful for me. I should probably do hip stretches, too -- crouching in the garden makes everything tight, and sitting at a desk is not really designed to fix that -- but I need to get to work, so we'll see about those later 😉 I'm trying to build more consistency with my workouts, so here's a thought on that:
