HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group July 5th

Good early Saturday morning! I slept relatively better than the night before, but David got up in the middle of the night, and that woke me up. I’m glad that it’s Saturday, cause I’ll be able to take a nap if I need to.

What are your plans for today? Do you have lots of things lined up or will you take the day as it comes and go with the flow? For us, it will be a mix of both. We will do our usual grocery run this morning, do a load of laundry, and we plan to go for a long walk afterwards, to enjoy the nice weather. But after that, we have nothing specific planned. We might check out an outdoor asian market nearby. Or we might go for a drive to nowhere. Or we might clean the inside of our car. Or we might look for a farm where we can pick raspberries. All I know is we want to spend as much time outside as we can.

I also will finish week 1 of the Bodyweight challenge, with a restorative pilates workout from Kelli. I’m really pleased with how consistent I’ve been all week. I needed that.

Food-wise, I want to try a recipe for a no-churn pistachio and chocolate ice cream. And we’ll try a new recipe for tofu lettuce wraps for supper. And we may try a recipe for seasoned popcorn tonight, for movie night. What’s on your menu today?
