For the past few weeks, I’ve been having what I think is patellar instability on my left side. It comes and goes, but it mostly hurts when I take the stairs or do exercises like squats. Has anyone here ever had this and maybe has some advice on what exercises could help strengthen the right things to lower the risk of it coming back?
