100 FB days in 6 months challenge - round 2!

Here we go!

Thanks to everyone who joined me on the challenge for January to June. You are amazing ! Who’s up for round 2 ? The challenge is 100 workout days in 6 months. Ideally for me those will be any FB video- hiit, strength training, stretching , doesn’t matter. If you do something else for workouts in addition to that feel free to count them too. Make it work for you . The whole idea is to build positive habits, which is what FB is all about, in my humble opinion.

My monthly goal is 15. So far I’m 2/15 and 2/100.
