Request for upper body focused program for

Hello fitness blender folks!

I've been a member and doing your videos since about... 2011???

You guys have really grown over the years and I'm still here (I've grown over the years to unfortunately which is why I'm back).

I keep starting your workout programs and then I never really get through them and what's making me skip days are primarily the upper body workouts. They seem very repetitive and focused on muscle building with weights.

I have shoulder issues I have a very weak upper body and have had issues with shoulder pain accompanied by very poor range of motion. Over the years my posture has suffered greatly. It's a combination of factors leading to painful forward head posture rounded shoulders and weak inflexible muscles.

The upper body workouts across the board seem to utilize the same type movements and isolate the same muscle groups over and over it would be nice to start incorporating maybe a workout plan that focuses on upper body to help improve posture increase flexibility and range of motion and strengthen without necessarily lifting weights and bicep curls, etc.

Because of all the different factors my trap muscles are overactive and tend to take over every arm movement leading to more activated and dominant traps and neck pain.

There have been a lot of really good Pilates and yoga videos online focus on range of motion and correcting posture and even strengthening the upper body in different ways.

For those of us who aren't looking to pull copper build muscle in our arms but just strengthen and tone that would be really awesome to have like a full program with a focus on this stuff.

Less weights/strength and focus on mid and upper back, rotator cuffs, reducing neck pain and all that.

And then other suggestion would be more lower body strength workout videos that focus on hip based motion vs knees for those of us who want to work our legs, hips, booty lower back without continually working quads. Maybe more hamstring.

It feels like the leg workouts are just as repetitive at times and it's all about using weight training and squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc. Upper body and then legs and then two days later upper body with the weights again. It's a lot.

The Pilates stuff is great and it's nice to challenge muscles in other ways other than weights.

But if you could create a 3-4 week program for upper body that focuses on the stuff described here that would be amazing because while there are select videos that do this- daily consistency would be great! Even if some weight training is incorporated in there.
