Hello there, Pals. How are you today? Sorry about not responding to your replies last week but by the time I got back to you, you had already been chatting amongst yourselves like a champ so I decided to stay on the sidelines. If there’s one thing I’m good at, it’s staying on the sidelines.

I’m still doing Flex R2 and I managed to schedule a deceptively tough lower-body routine for Tuesday so my glutes are quite sore now. Not that my upper-body is not sore. It’s perfectly fine, however, I’ve decided to work out only 3 days a week during my staycation because I want my muscle to rest a bit more.

Speaking of muscles, did you know that women’s muscles are more resilient than men’s? They recover more quickly. (you may not agree with this, though) Did you know that our (I’m talking about women now) circadian rhythm tends to be faster than men’s? Also, studies have found that women report insomnia about 50 percent more often than men do. There can be a lot of mismatches between our natural sleep cycle and the demands of modern society… Although obviously this affects men as well.

All right Pals, that’s it from me today, have an easy day and then go to bed early and have a good night’s sleep. That’s an order.
