Good Tuesday morning and Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦

I don’t celebrate holidays except Christmas, but I will enjoy having this day off. David took Friday off instead, so I will use this day to catch up on series that he doesn’t watch. I also plan to finish the Transform challenge today, trying to psych myself up for a 44-minutes pilates workout.

As we start a new month, I can say that June wasn’t that bad overall, with some struggles around mid-month. Had it not been for my ankle issues, I would’ve finally walked 30km in a month for the first time this year (ended at 28.24km). I also lost 3 pounds, which surprises me, considering that I was overeating for a while. My goals this month are to finally walk at least 30km, complete the Bodyweight challenge, and have more consistent days in terms of nutrition and hydration than in June.

Do you have any goals for July and is there anything that you are looking forward to this month? I’m looking forward to being on vacation in two weeks. No big plans, but going out for some fancy ice cream is on the list 🍦🍨
