Short post from me today. Woke up with a migraine this morning. My migraines have been a lot better recently, but this is the 2nd one in 3 days. Took medication and the headache is gone, but I am tired and very cranky.
Was hoping to get in some strength training tonight, but it's clearly not going to happen. Was also hoping to make it to the grocery store to take back the stuff that was messed up from my delivery order. Instead of giving me what I paid for, they gave me a slightly different product that contains gluten. They also make it exceedingly difficult to return stuff, so this will likely involve an argument. I'd shop elsewhere, but this is standard Australian customer service. And there aren't that many places to shop. Even fewer when you need to buy things that don't contain traces of you know what.
As for food, I made a version of this yesterday: https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/pasta/rotolo-of-spinach-squash-ricotta/. I made it last week too, and it was so good I made it again. Obviously I made some changes, cos pasta. Mine uses zucchini, and instead of taking 147 steps to roll everything into little dumplings, I put everything in a tray like a sort of lasagne. Mozzarella on top and in the oven it goes. Yum yum.
I need to go lie down so I'll leave it there. Come chat with us, if you like.
