Really, June? You had to go and fly by like this? Couldn’t you have slowed down at least a teensy bit? Well, since June is just about over and it’s almost July, let’s take a look at our ghosting schedule:

As you can see, we’ve got a few openings, so holler if you’d like to ghost, and we’ll get you plugged in.
Okie dokie, on to workouts. What have you got planned for today? I’ve got an unintended rest day- my body thought that yesterday was as good a day as any to get a migraine, so no workout for me today. Maybe a walk after dinner, but nothing strenuous.
