Hi Blendfriends!

Mid-week check-in, how is everyone doing?

It is very hot again here but we should have a storm tonight that will help cool it down a bit. I will go to the gym after work and I imagine I will sweat buckets. I will do 2 upper body, 2 core and 2 lower body exercises to set some limits.

Dinner will salad again but this time with fish.

I have started meditating again. I only do a few minutes before bed.

I have also been tracking what I eat and how I am feeling, sleeping, exercising and many other things. I use an app to track the food to see where the problems are. I am not being super accurate in terms of grams, for example, if it is 40g of paprika or 25g, it does not make a big deal. I am more interested in where the fat is coming from. Sometimes you do not realize it. I am not sure where this adventure takes me but I promised I would do it for one month. We are almost there.
