HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group June 24th
Good Tuesday morning and Bonne St-Jean-Baptiste to my fellow Québécois-es!
David and will enjoy a day off for our provincial holiday, and we’ll spend it mostly inside, as the heat wave continues. It’s 5:30am and it already feels like 34°C/93°F with the humidex factor, so you can imagine just how unbearably hot and humid it will be later in the day. We had hoped to go picking strawberries today, but it’s just too hot and muggy. We may venture out early this morning to a local farm and buy crates of strawberries to make jam though.
I swapped today’s workout from the Bodyweight challenge with a cardio and core workout from Patrice. It will be my first time trying one of her workouts. It looks doable, with some modifications. It will be a good test for my ankle.
