How are you all doing this fine Sunday morning. Or whatever time day it is for you. I am relaxing and having coffee as I type this.
We are headed for a several day stretch of 100 F days so I am planning inside activities mostly staying in my house.
Yesterday I did my usual Saturday walk around the farmers market. There was a nice display of potatoes. I am getting purple potatoes in my produce box delivery this Wednesday. I did pick up a bag of lettuce mix at the market to tide me over until Wednesday
My walk would not be complete without a stop for coffee and a monster cookie. Of course I like monster cookies, it is like eating a small bag of m&ms with peanut butter and oatmeal. The bakery also participates in the produce box so I am getting 3 monsters and a loaf of bread on Wednesday.
When it is this hot I like shorter workouts so yesterday I did Erica's new express workout for posture. Today I willl either continue with Kayla's 5 day challenge or find another short stretching/mobility workout.
