New 30-Day Team Challenge! All Workouts in 30 Minutes or Less!

Good morning FB Family! 

I’m so excited to announce the release of our latest 30-day Team challenge, FB30 30 Day Challenge! This challenge includes strength training, cardio/HIIT, and mobility workouts, all of which are 30 minutes or less to fit into your busy schedules or help jumpstart a new well-rounded fitness journey. This challenge is a great option for anyone needing a predictable, consistent time commitment to movement during each training session. 

You’ll complete 5 workouts per week (all new!) over the course of 4 weeks with weekly focuses alternating between a more strength or cardio focus and slowly progressing in intensity from the start of the challenge to the end. 

Bring your light to moderately heavy weights, a mat, and a positive attitude! Brian, Nicole, Patrice, Kayla, and I will be your coaches during this challenge, offering you support, encouragement, and our unique approaches to training as certified personal trainers with varied skillsets. 

We had so much fun collaborating, planning, and creating this challenge with each other and can’t wait for you all to get moving with us. Let us know if you’ll be joining us for this challenge - show some excitement in the comment section below!
