Happy weekend! I hope everyone rested well last night and has an enjoyable day planned!

Speaking of planning, what are you doing for movement today? I I’ll have morning yoga and some lower body Pilates before I head out on a plane this afternoon. (I am a full service traveling ghostess!)

And food? My husband and I are headed to our favorite sandwich/salad place for lunch…where I will likely have…a sandwich or salad.

What do you do when you wake up at night and cannot go back to sleep? Are you a stay in bed person? Do you have a snack?

I sometimes use the progressive muscle relaxation video from Haley because I have to pay attention and it distracts me from whatever my mind is racing about

Other times I just scroll on my phone. 🤣 I know better but I still do it.
