Today’s workout release is an under 20-minute, total body cardio routine perfect for days when your strapped for time or don’t have access to a lot of equipment:
In this routine, two complementary cardio circuits are sandwiched between a “buy-in” and “cash-out” round, during which you’ll count your reps of one exercise to gain access to the workout and then mark your exit from the routine at the end. The buy-in and cash-out are just fun format tweaks to enhance the fun factor of the workout!
This workout marked the beginning of a filming phase for me after taking some time off to do some planning, creating, and recovering. It was the perfect length and intensity for me to hop back into the swing of recording and video production!
