How's things on this mid day of the week? We've got another period of hot days ahead of us so I find myself getting up earlier every day just to get my workout done before it gets too hot.
Speaking of workouts, what's on your calendars? I didn't swap today - yes imagnine that! - and did a brutal BW AMRAP with Erica. I did it once before so I knew what I was in for but man, did it kick my butt again. I was a real sweaty mess. I added an act rec and mobility with Brian that did wonders for my achy muscles.

Dinner will be plaice or flatfish (no idea what it translates to) with salad, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Rest of the day is dedicated to laundry, weeding in the green house and hopefully some crochet later on.
