HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group June 18th

Good morning Blendfriends!

How are all you potatoes doing? I think I am a suspiciously calm steak fry...

This week we get 2 Fridays since tomorrow is a holiday. I have already given up on the week and just puttering around till it is time to go home.

Yesterday, I did this workout:

It has been on my list for a long time, but just trying to find the time to do it. I do have the time, but you know how it is. It did not seem like a whole hour. It was challenging but not discouraging. So, a good replacement for tomorrow's cancelled class.

Today I will take the day off. I meant to walk to work for some extra steps but forgot. I can go after work when I get home for a little cruise. We will go out to dinner tonight but not till later so I have time. I also do not know where we are going, so that is exciting.
