I've been working out with FB for many years now and recently had a consultation with a trainer who told me to get the full benefit of a squat, I should be getting all the way down to a 90 degree angle. Somehow in all my years of squatting with FB that particular detail passed me by. So I've been trying and DANG is it hard to get down that far!! I've had to revert back to bodyweight only to do it, whereas before I was squatting about 30-40 lbs. Anyone else in the same boat? Anyone managed to get over this hurdle and start adding weight again? It's been very demoralizing, and I'm trying not to get discouraged having to go back to body weight.
