HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group June 17th
Good Tuesday morning! I just realized that I started replying to yesterday’s post from Sharon but I never hit “publish”.
Work got very busy yesterday afternoon, after a slow start. I wound up finishing work later than planned, but still managed to mow the lawn in the back and make supper. Working hard to follow through on my daily goals.
Today I plan to finally tackle day 10 of the Transform challenge. I want to finish the challenge, but the workouts in week 2 are much tougher.
I also signed up for a yoga challenge at work, where they send you a link to a 10-minute yoga workout each day, but I never got the first email yesterday. I sent them an email asking why I didn’t receive the link, but I haven’t gotten a response yet.
Supper will be a frittata with basmati rice, trying to use up as many veggies as possible from our fridge. And I want to make my granola, it’s such a treat with yogourt and strawberries.
