Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, June 16th

Mornin' ladies,

Here we are again, back at the start of a new week and can you believe we're halfway through June already?! Time sure flies so we better get a move on and tackle this check-in. But before talking about our daily stuff I'd like to thank Karen for her ghosting this weekend and especially for her 'early' check-ins. Highly appreciated!

Also once again huge congrats to Lea on becoming grandmother for the second time!! Woohoo!! I bet she's chomping at the bit to go and see baby Arjen.

Right, let's jump in... No jumping for me but a burner of a lower body workout with Erica for Day 15 of FB30R5. Looks like from this week on all workouts are level 4 and 5's and I definitely felt that in this relatively short one. My legs were literally shaking! I added a few weighted inner thigh exercises to make the burn complete.

We've also got to eat but so far I can only tell you I'll be having my usual fruit and tea for breakfast. No clue what dinner'll be. Have you's got any ideas?
