Daily Check-in ANG: Friday, June 13th

Hey there my Blend Friends! We made it to Friday! Although sometimes that doesn’t feel like it means anything if we have stuff to do on a Saturday. Stuff we don’t wanna do, lol! 🙋🏽‍♀️😆 I guess they call that being an adult! Well I would like to take a rest day from being an adult.

But it’s no rest day in terms of workouts. I’ve got a level 5 LB hiit and strength routine. It’s one of my faves.

Food! Two of my boys and I are going to a graduation party for one of their track friends. The other boy will just be getting back from a weeklong church camp in the mountains, and I’ll find something stashed in the freezer for him and the Hubs. What are you eating today?
