Daily Check-in ANG: Wednesday, June 11th

Happy Wednesday, everyone! At least I hope today is a happy/good day for you, and if not, sometimes life just happens. Not every day can be amazing. But like Amanda reminds us, we can do hard things.

Like this workout. I’m reading the write-up and my abs already hurt. But they’re my weakest muscle group, and I want to strengthen my core.

I also plan to work my muscles of mastication today! 😜 For dinner we’ll be feasting on pancakes! Bacon for my guys, tempeh bacon for me. What kind of food will give your mouth a workout today?
