So this is my old little lady's body trying to tell me that I should keep moving and exploring. No matter how small or gentle the movements are. No matter how short the workout is. Only 5 or 10 minutes available? Take it!
I took a Vinyasa class yesterday and thought I would struggle a lot. I did struggle but somehow managed to survive until the peak pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana). I didn't realize I could go that far. Had to pinch myself and did the pose again at home right after the class to see if it was real 🤪
It was wobbly, wonky, and a little bit messy. But it doesn't matter. Work in progress ðŸ«
