I had a question for you involving parasite cleanses and other gross things, but I thought you might not appreciate that, so instead let’s talk about books before we talk about workouts! I’m thoroughly enjoying a book called Crow Mary, based on a true story of a Crow woman and the Cypress Hills Massacre of 1873. But last week I was slogging through Dickens’ Oliver Twist and questioning my life choices. I finally decided that I don’t like Dickens, so I gave up on the book. Do you give yourself the freedom to quit a book once you’ve started it, or do you continue to read it even if you aren’t enjoying it?
Right. On to workouts. What’ll it be today? I swapped the originally scheduled Abs 2 workout for today (I wasn’t a fan of it) for this new to me Erica one:
Dinner? Yes please! (Or breakfast or lunch). We are having Tex Mex tacos and cilantro lime rice, and I’m doubling it to take a meal to a friend who just had her first baby. What will you be eating today?
