Happy Sunday Ppals or should I say sprouting sisters,

Ivett inspired us to consider growing sprouts hence the garden gnome. If you zoom in you can also see there is a small owl.🦉 I say small since there is also a larger owl that moves around the deck.

After my Farmers Market walk yesterday I had coffee and a monster cookie at a favorite coffee shop/bakery. I couldn't resist taking another picture of the gnome. Next time I go I 'll take pictures of the flowers and herbs in the garden box on the other side of the deck.

My walk, vacuuming and general straightening up around the house was my exercise yesterday. Today I'll get back to Stronger with Brian.

To make sure I get my veggies I plan on making the same broccoli 🥦 side dish that I had yesterday. I started out sautéing with curry and then added water as the broccoli absorbed all the olive oil. So my broccoli was sautéed and streamed,
