Sooo, let's dive into this check-in one last time this week.
Workouts: that's a ✅ for me with Day 5 of my program and it was my favorite type of workout... abs/obliques. On the calendar was a Kayla which I'd done once before and remembered being surprisingly tough with lots of planking and bear crawl variations. I also added 1 round of Erica's weighted standing core strength.
Dinner is also a ✅ for me. Remember the postponed Asian? Well, we're having that today, only it'll be during lunch for us so I'll be plenty full not to need dinner this evening. Maybe just a light snack. What're you having?
Okay ladies, your coffees should be empty by now. Go get that workout gear on or get ready to do whatever it is you've got planned and get to it! I'm off to have breakfast and do some reading.
