It's Thursday which as you all know is the time to go over our ghosting list, so let's take a peek. As you can see June is covered but July is still fully open, so come on, don't be shy and shout out a date you want to entertain us with some fun stories. My fingers are itchng to type your name!
June 7th & 8th: Cabob
June 14th & 15th: Karen
June 21st &22nd: Lea
June 28th & 29th: Cabob
July 5th & 6th:
July 12th & 13th: Karen
July 19th & 20th:
Right, got that covered, let's move on to today's business. One of them being movement. How's that going for you? Are you up to working out today or are you more in the mood for a rest day. Maybe something different all together like a nice walk, a bike ride....
Day 4 of FB30R5 for me with a TB by Kelli I hadn't done before and I added one of my favorite act recovery WO's by Erica.
What's next? Ah yes the daily dread... dinner. We might have those croque monsieurs we were going to have yesterday as we didn't get to those. Marie made us a quiche so we had that instead.
Speaking of Marie, I'll be on my weekly visit with her so that's my afternoon covered. The rest of the morning I'll be baking a cake - I'm thinking blueberry skyr this time - and doing some chores while that's in the oven.
Picture: While I was reading this morning I caught something out of the corner of my eye. It was this deer walking calmly across our front garden to go and munch on some fallen cherries. I sneaked outside on tippy toes (a ninja would've been jealous of me) and was able to take a photo. Sorry it's not Anne quality but you can see it right?
Okidoke, that's all for me. I'm gonna start on my cake.
